Most in-stock items currently ship from our warehouse 7-10 business days after being placed online, and standard shipping typically means there will be a 3-5 business day delivery time frame.

Because of the number of orders that are currently in our shipping queue, each new order is added to the end of the queue, and each will be shipped at the earliest possible time, in the order that it was placed and as inventory allows. Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.

Sadly, we cannot ship to the US Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. If you have further questions, please contact our Guest Services Department.

US (including AK & HI)

We ship most US orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size and weight of the order, as well as which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship available items as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday from our warehouse here in Valrico, FL; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. All orders are currently shipped within a 5-7 business day order processing time.

Product Availability

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact Guest Services for additional information.

Pricing Policy

All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Price Adjustments

If you have purchased products that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 7 days of the original date of shipment or in-store purchase.

We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges or when a sale applies to an entire order. Price adjustments are only given for when specific products or a specific group of products go on sale.
